Job Description

Responsibilities

Overview

We are seeking an HR Operations Admin to support the day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in HR administration, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent employee support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding activities, including processing employment documents, system updates, employee communications, and exit administration.
  • Manage HR administrative processes across HR systems, including employee records, benefits administration, insurance and medical claims, employee share plans, government reporting, and other HR operational activities.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, prepare HR-related letters and documentation, and coordinate HR system support tickets through to resolution.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, generate reports, and ensure timely updates across HR systems while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, recruiters, payroll, vendors, and other internal stakeholders to support efficient HR operations and continuous process improvements.


General Background

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, Shared Services, or Administrative Support.
  • Experience supporting high-volume or fast-paced environments such as retail, shared services, or multinational organizations is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage confidential employee information while working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.


Mandatory Skills

  • Hands-on experience supporting employee onboarding, offboarding, HR documentation, employee records management, and general HR operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas), Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational, communication, time management, and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail and a customer-service mindset.


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience using SAP SuccessFactors or other Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Exposure to employee benefits administration, insurance, medical claims, government surveys, or employee share plan administration.
  • Experience supporting HR helpdesk operations, ticketing systems, or HR shared services environments.
