Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive, Foreign Workforce Management based in Bukit Raja.


The role is responsible for end-to-end management of foreign employees, including coordination of recruitment processes with agencies, handling documentation, and ensuring timely onboarding and repatriation. The Senior Executive oversees work permits, visas, and related immigration matters, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.


The role includes maintaining accurate records, tracking contract renewals, and preparing workforce-related reports and dashboards for management. This position also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve issues quickly, improve processes, and support a positive, compliant, and well-managed foreign workforce environment.


Qualifications

  • Strong experience in foreign workforce management, including work permits, visas, immigration procedures, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in HR operations such as onboarding, documentation management, employee records, and coordination with recruitment agencies or service providers.
  • Solid administrative, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and high-volume documentation accurately.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with employees, government agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills for preparing reports, tracking workforce metrics, and using HR or workforce management systems and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in large-scale retail, healthcare, or similar fast-paced environments, and familiarity with Malaysian labor and immigration laws, is an advantage.
