  Assigning, tracking, and controlling work order progress, and communicating promptly with the issue
• r;Implementing established processes and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) on-site in the IDC, providing problem feedback, and driving resolutio
• n;Compiling and recording IDC on-site O&M dat
• a;Providing technical training and assessment for on-site O&M engineer
• s;Regularly adding, organizing, and updating on-site O&M experience, submitting it to the Alibaba Cloud project team for review, and assisting the Alibaba Cloud project team in updating the SOPs after approva
• l;Writing and sending various reports on time (e.g., weekly O&M reports
• );Completing other IDC O&M work efficiently and effectively according to the IDC manager's requirement
• s;Inspecting the data center, promptly identifying problems, and reporting them to the data center manage
• r;Continuously summarizing and updating on-site O&M experience, and submitting it to the data center manage
• r;Responding to new work orders and emergencies according to SLA requirement
• s;Responsible for 24/7 and 8/5 shift work in the data center, strictly adhering to all on-site regulations and procedure
• s;Responsible for the safety management of external personnel during on-site construction and maintenanc
