Operations Executive (Contract up to 2 Years)

Key Responsibilities
Hiring and onboarding staff
Coordinating with job applicants
Scheduling and coordinating manpower
Supporting daily operations and reporting
Conducting site visits to supermarkets, roadshows and events
Liaising with staff and applicants
Requirements
Responsible, organised, and willing to learn.
Strong coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Comfortable communicating and liaising with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good IT literacy and confidence in using computer systems and digital tools.
Able to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
