Role Description:

1. Lead and optimize SEO performance to rank keywords and SEM performance campaigns to drive traffic, leads & ROAS.
2. Handle analytics setup: GA4, GTM, conversion tracking & funnel measurement.
3. Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, competitor analysis & continuous improvement on content and technical SEO.
4. Plan, execute & scale paid search campaigns (Google Search, Display, Performance Max and etc.).
5. Prepare performance reports with insights & growth actions.
6. We value multi-channel growth, experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Marketplace Ads, or Ecommerce is a strong plus.
7. Maintain strong accountability, positive attitude & continuous learning mindset.
8. Conduct A/B testing and develop audience targeting strategies.

Job Requirements:

• 2–5 years hands-on experience in SEO & SEM (agency experience preferred)
• Strong skills in Google Ads, GA4, Search Console & Tag Manager
• Analytical mindset with result-driven optimization approach
• Understanding of digital funnels & CRO
• Good communication & teamwork skills
• Able to manage multiple clients & deadlines
• Bonus: Meta / TikTok Ads, Marketplace ads, Ecommerce, basic copywriting
• Good understanding on how HTML and CSS
