Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.

Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and work schedules.

Monitor workers' productivity, workmanship, and compliance with safety regulations.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.

Plan and allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.

Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with BCA, MOM, and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements.

Identify site issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
