• Support daily kitchen operations

• Food preparation

• Maintain and continuously seek improvement in food quality standards and service and operating standards to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

• Compliant to the mandatory hygiene and safety standards and requirements

• Able to create new menu
• Able to control stock and cost

Job Requirements

• Able to work under stress and fast pace environment

• Able to work till late night

• Preferable to have Japanese cuisine knowledge
