Job Summary

• Up to $4,300/month + AWS + Performance Bonus
• North Area

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyse production processes, workflows, layouts, and resource utilization to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct time studies, productivity analysis, and cost analysis to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Support cost reduction and continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to collect data and recommend process improvements.
• Utilize IT tools and simulation models to improve workflows and automate processes where possible.
• Assist in factory layout planning and optimization projects.
• Support the planning and coordination of Kaizen and other operational improvement activities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good numerical ability.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of data analysis or simulation tools is an advantage.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
