Job Summary

The Frontend Developer sustains the client-side user interface of MIDS, ensuring usability, stability, and operational continuity by resolving UI defects and refining usability based on operational feedback, while preventing unintended scope expansion.

Responsibilities

• Resolve UI defects that impact client usability and operational workflows to maintain system reliability
• Address usability issues identified through operational feedback to enhance user experience
• Implement minor interface adjustments to support ongoing system operations effectively
• Ensure frontend changes maintain stability, responsiveness, and consistency with existing workflows
• Prevent regression and scope creep during sustainment changes to safeguard system integrity

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proven experience maintaining and sustaining frontend applications in production environments (preferably 3+ years)
• Strong understanding of UI stability, responsiveness, and usability in operational systems
• Ability to debug and resolve frontend defects under time-sensitive conditions
• Experience working within strict scope and change control constraints
• Familiarity with operational or mission-critical systems is an advantage
• Eligibility to work in Singapore and obtain required security clearance for RSAF operational systems access
