What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/assistant manager role.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (for supplier & client communication).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of logistics systems, inventory control, and warehouse best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and oversee daily logistics and warehouse operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team towards operational excellence.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and effective stock control.
• Manage transportation, delivery schedules, and on-time distribution.
• Implement and drive process improvements in warehouse & logistics functions.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors for smooth operations.
