Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Supervise production staff, warehouse personnel, and supervisors to achieve production targets.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, Logistics, and Quality Assurance departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Manage production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are carried out for machinery and equipment.
- Investigate operational issues, customer complaints, and quality incidents, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare operational reports, production statistics, KPIs, and management reports.
- Lead staff training, performance evaluations, and workforce development
