 What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Telemarketing, Telesales or Sales. 
• Experience in financial services, investment or insurance is highly preferred. 
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
• Excellent spoken English, as you'll be communicating with international clients. 
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills. 
• Self-motivated and able to work independently. 
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage. 

Working Arrangement

• First month: Work from the office (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM). 
• After onboarding: Remote working arrangement. 
• Required to attend the office once a month for meetings and training.

We're looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive to engage with warm leads, introduce our financial products, and convert prospects into customers. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy sales, are motivated by commission, and are comfortable speaking with international clients in English.

What You'll Be Doing

• Contact prospective and existing clients through outbound calls. 
• Introduce and promote the company's financial products and services. 
• Follow up on warm leads and convert them into customers. 
• Build and maintain strong client relationships. 
• Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. 
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. 
• Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports. 
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and market trends.
