Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive repair.
- Experience in automotive after-sales service and repair.
- Proficient in using automotive diagnostic tools and workshop equipment.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose engine, mechanical, and electrical issues accurately.
- Perform diagnostic testing on vehicles, engines, and transmissions.
- Carry out routine servicing, including fluid changes, lubrication, and preventive maintenance.
- Repair vehicles to ensure they are safe, reliable, and roadworthy.
- Replace or repair damaged and faulty components.
- Prepare repair cost and completion time estimates.
- Recommend future maintenance requirements and provide vehicle care advice.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Ensure workshop tools and equipment are properly maintained.
