  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of working experience in contract administration, preferably in the construction, engineering, or property sector.
  • Fresh graduates with internship experience in contract or project management may also be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, tendering, and procurement processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and relevant project software
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

The Project Contract Executive is responsible for supporting the full contract lifecycle of construction or development projects, including pre-contract, post-contract, and project close-out phases. This role ensures compliance with contractual obligations, cost control, documentation, and effective coordination with all stakeholders to support timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Responsibilities:

Pre-Contract Stage

  •  Assist in preparation of tender documents, bills of quantities (BQ), and cost estimates.
  •  Review drawings, specifications, and contract terms to identify project risks and commercial opportunities.
  •  Support tender evaluation and selection of subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  •  Participate in negotiation and finalisation of contracts and Letters of Award.

Post-Contract Stage

  •  Administer and monitor contract compliance and variations (VOs).
  •  Track project budget, progress claims, interim payments, and final accounts.
  •  Evaluate and process subcontractor and supplier claims, including measurement of works done.
  •  Prepare cost comparison and recommendation reports.
  •  Maintain proper documentation and filing of all contractual correspondences.

Project Coordination

  •  Liaise with project managers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project execution aligns with contractual terms.
  •  Highlight potential contractual issues or disputes and propose mitigation strategies.
  •  Assist in preparation of project reports, progress updates, and internal reviews
