Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Experience in the food & beverage or customer service industry is an advantage, but not required. Training will be provided.
- Friendly, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic cash handling and numerical skills.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Passion in serving customer.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Greet and assist customers with their orders and enquiries.
- Prepare food and beverages according to Company SOPs.
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle cash or cashless payments accurately.
- Ensure customer orders are prepared and served correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, cashier counter, and workstations.
- Practice good hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness at all times.
- Replenish stock and ensure products are properly stored using the FIFO method.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow all Company policies, SOPs, and safety procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Manager On-Duty.
