Job Responsibilities

Far East Hospitality is a regional hospitality owner and operator with a diverse portfolio of nine unique brands of hotels and serviced residences. You will be part of a performance marketing digital and e-commerce team responsible for driving e-commerce capabilities at Far East Hospitality. As a Senior / Executive, E-commerce and Website Experience, you will take ownership for the content, enhancement and optimisation of the user experience of our 9 web assets and other e-commerce platforms.

• 
  Manage monthly enhancements of websites and e-commerce platforms, including conducting of rigorous user testing and maintaining project/user documentatio
• nEnsure effective governance of our websites and our e-commerce platforms, including regular audits and creation of content guideline
• sFacilitate or assist in website content updates, and servicing stakeholders through our internal website content ticket centr
• eUtilise data and research to propose new features, functionalities, design or content to optimise user experience for 9 website
• sPerform any other duties assigned by supervisor, carrying them out diligently and professionall
