Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Drive AI-assisted development adoption (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot).

Establish governance, best practices, and usage patterns.

Deliver training, workshops, and hands-on coaching.

Identify and implement AI use cases and automation for IT productivity.

Advise on AI governance and adoption strategies.

Track and report on adoption outcomes and productivity gains.


Requirements:

Proven enterprise AI adoption experience, especially with GitHub Copilot.

Strong software engineering, DevOps, and coaching background.

Experience in governance, training, and use-case implementation.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Malaysia-based, available immediately for 6-month contract.
