Performance Marketing Executive

Location: SS15, Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia (office-based position)

Salary Range: RM2,800 to RM3,500

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work on digital marketing ad campaigns, setting up, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns across platforms with guidance from your manager. Day to day, that includes:

Set up, monitor and optimize ad campaigns

Analyse and identify improvements to campaign performance

Write ad copy and brief designers

Prepare reports and client updates

Research competitors and market trends

As you grow, take ownership of more accounts and join client meetings

Who We're Looking For

Coachable and eager to learn. You take feedback well, ask questions, and genuinely want to get better

You have some working experience. Whether in marketing, agency, PR, sales, creative, or client-servicing, you've held a role where you carried real responsibilities and worked with a team. Direct performance marketing experiences is not required but is a bonus

Understand marketing basics. "Conversion rate" "ROAS" "CPC" ... don't sound foreign to you

Clear communication. In English, written and spoken. Mandarin is a bonus. You can explain your thinking without rambling. .

Logical thinking. You can break a problem into steps and reason through it without overcomplicating things.

Time management. You can juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver assigned work within agreed timelines without needing to be chased.

Team player. You take ownership of your part and collaborate with the team, not around them.
