We're Hiring | Infrastructure Automation Engineer (Vice President)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Onsite/Hybrid)

Are you an experienced Infrastructure Automation Engineer with a passion for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)? We're seeking a skilled professional to join a leading financial services organization and drive the automation and modernization of enterprise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale infrastructure automation solutions.
• Automate Windows and Linux server provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to enable scalable, secure, and consistent infrastructure deployments.
• Build Python-based automation scripts and API integrations to streamline infrastructure operations.
• Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to enhance platform reliability, availability, and operational resilience.
• Design and implement AI-Ops automation frameworks for intelligent monitoring and incident remediation.
• Manage configuration compliance, drift detection, and automated remediation.
• Integrate and optimize enterprise platforms including Ansible, MECM, Qualys, Dynatrace, and ServiceNow.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience within Banking or Financial Services technology environments.
• Strong expertise in Infrastructure Automation and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with Python scripting and API integrations.
• Strong Windows Server Administration skills with exposure to Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
• Solid understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible, MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager), Qualys, Dynatrace, and ServiceNow.
