Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality service and prompt communication.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients and business partners to encourage retention.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and resolve client inquiries effectively.
• Identify opportunities to add value to existing client accounts and support overall business growth initiatives.
• Gather client feedback systematically to help improve our services, processes, and overall client experience.
