Job Description:
- Responsible for compiling tender information to identify key activities and confirm that tender requirements are within the capability of the company
- Provide support to the Commercial Department on claims, extension of time, cost control and financial recovery from customers
- Assist in reviewing customer draft contracts to ensure compliance to project specifications and to identify deviations from accepted company policy, practices and any unusual business or logistical risk
- Obtain global and regional cost data using market intelligence on projects competitors are bidding, executing and obtain competitors' pricing
- Maintain relationship with potential customers and with existing customers
- Support the Senior General Manager, Marketing in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Activities
- Responsible for planning and organizing marketing related tasks and activities, such as sundowner events.
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering
- Familiar with tender, proposal and estimating process and with prior experiences
- Min 3 years' experience with techno-commercial bids & tenders in Marine & Offshore Fabrication for Oil & Gas Industry
- Excellent organization, communication, negotiation skills
- Knowledge of contract law would be an added advantage
