Key Responsibilities1. Customer Consultations & Sales Activation
- Consultative Value Selling: Warmly greet walk-in showroom visitors or roadshow attendees, actively listening to uncover their specific medical, lifestyle, or long-term wellness goals.
- Live Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging, hands-on demonstrations of core BUZUD medical products (e.g., explaining how a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) tracks blood sugar, or how to read real-time health metrics on an ECG smart ring).
- Hit Sales Targets: Drive growth by meeting individual and store-wide monthly sales targets, actively cross-selling and upselling consumables, packages, and health accessories.
2. Customer Onboarding & Showroom Support
- Technical Onboarding: Patiently assist new users with device pairing, mobile health application setup, hardware calibration, and basic troubleshooting.
- Showroom Excellence: Maintain an immaculate environment on the retail floor. Ensure all live interactive display models are sanitized, fully charged, and perfectly functional.
- Care Operations: Accurately process transactions via the Point-of-Sale (POS) system. Assist clients with product warranty registrations, returns/exchanges, and simple coordination of equipment rentals (e.g., oxygen concentrators).
3. Stock Merchandising & Feedback Loops
- Inventory Replenishment: Coordinate with logistics team members to ensure the floor is properly stocked with consignment goods and retail inventory, participating in regular stock audits.
- Market Insights: Log recurring customer questions and product feedback into the CRM platform to help the management team refine marketing strategies and user experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in retail sales, promoter roles, hospitality, or frontline client care. Prior exposure to consumer electronics, wellness retail, health supplements, or medical devices is a massive advantage. (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
- Tech-Savviness: Highly comfortable learning how to operate advanced medical hardware and explaining mobile companion health apps to non-technical users.
- Patience & Empathy: Strong active listening and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach—particularly when guiding elderly customers through new health technology.
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
