Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Designer cum E-Commerce Executive to support our marketing and online sales activities. This role combines visual design skills with e-commerce management, ensuring strong brand representation and effective digital presence. The ideal candidate should be able to design marketing collaterals, manage e-commerce platforms, and execute campaigns that drive online sales and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Design

• Design marketing materials such as social media posts, digital banners, product visuals, brochures, and presentations.
• Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and campaigns.
• Support marketing campaigns with creative content for online and offline platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate marketing objectives into impactful visuals.

E-Commerce

• Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and images across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, or company website).
• Optimize product content to improve visibility, click-through, and conversion rates.
• Monitor online sales performance, traffic, and campaign results, providing insights for improvement.
• Coordinate online promotions, campaigns, and bundle deals in alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Marketing, Design, E-Commerce, Business, or related field.
• Must be proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: Ubi

Working hours: Mon – Fri, 5 days work from 9am to 6pm / 10am to 7pm.

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,600.00 per month
