Responsibilities

KanHan, a homegrown Hong Kong leader with 26+ years of expertise in digital innovation, is looking for a proactive, organized, and analytical Project Business Analyst / Coordinator to join our Project Management Office. Your Mission
As the vital link between our clients and technical teams, you will drive business process reviews, documentation, and system testing to ensure our impactful projects run smoothly and efficiently:
Process Mapping & Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of as-is and to-be processes, perform gap assessments, and formulate solutions that optimize operations.
Bridge & Facilitate: Liaison between end-users and technical developers, ensuring business requirements are precisely defined, documented, and flawlessly implemented.
Quality Assurance & Testing: Formulate robust test plans (including SIT / UAT test cases), execute system testing, document test results, and user manuals.
Project Coordination: Assist the Project Management Office with end-to-end project monitoring and maintain well-organized, accessible project documentation.
Requirements
Educational Background:
Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Experience & Skills:
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in system development and implementation, with at least 2 years serving in a business analysis role.
Solid proficiency in project management tools, methodologies, and workflow documentation.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese to effectively facilitate stakeholder communication.
