Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across business functions to understand strategic priorities, identify opportunities, and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Lead business analysis by interpreting performance trends, customer behavior, and operational metrics to support decision-making and business growth.
• Manage and coordinate analytics projects from requirements gathering through delivery, ensuring alignment of timelines, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with business, data, and IT teams to develop and enhance reporting, dashboards, data assets, and analytics solutions.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency, data quality, and business effectiveness.

Preferred Skills

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations that drive business outcomes.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience synthesizing complex information into meaningful business insights.
• Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and Python; exposure to AI, advanced analytics, or financial services is an advantage.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
• At least 8 years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder relationships and leading analytics initiatives or projects.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical insights to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, insurance, or pension-related industries is an advantage.
