Description

If you enjoy speaking with prospective parents on the telephone and meeting families face to face to promote courses, this is a great opportunity to join a growing learning centre where your people skills, energy, and initiative truly matter.

At Little Oxbridge English Learning Centre, this is not a desk-only administration role. You actively support enrolment, build strong relationships with families, keep centre operations running smoothly, and step in wherever needed to support children and the team.

If you are honest, friendly, energetic, positive, hands-on, easy-going, and confident in a fast-moving environment, you will enjoy being part of our friendly, collaborative, and results-driven team.

Responsibilities

  • Speak with prospective parents on the telephone to introduce and promote our courses in a warm, confident, and professional way
  • Meet prospective parents face to face and explain our programmes clearly, helping them understand the value of our courses and encouraging enrolment
  • Follow up on parent enquiries and existing leads promptly and effectively
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with children and their families through excellent service, regular communication, and trust
  • Hold parent feedback meetings and provide thoughtful updates on student progress and learning experience
  • Coordinate and manage lessons to ensure they run smoothly, on time, and to a high standard
  • Handle day-to-day administration duties such as student records, scheduling, attendance, general enquiries, and centre coordination
  • Support enrolment and retention by identifying new ways to attract families and keep existing families engaged as the centres continue to grow
  • Solve parent queries quickly and calmly, always aiming to provide a positive and helpful experience
  • Help create a positive, engaging, and supportive working environment for your team
  • Encourage team confidence and development by working closely with colleagues and leading through action and attitude
  • Provide hands-on support with children when needed, including helping children go to the toilet and assisting with nappy changing for younger children
  • Keep the centre safe, clean, and welcoming by helping with practical tasks such as cleaning spills, tidying activity areas, and maintaining shared spaces
  • Multitask across sales, administration, customer service, childcare support, and general centre duties

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin, with conversational English
  • Confidence in speaking with parents on the telephone and in person to promote courses and support enrolment
  • A positive, optimistic, and dynamic personality
  • A honest and reliable personality
  • A hands-on attitude and willingness to help with both professional and practical tasks throughout the day
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment
  • Good people skills and the ability to build trust with children, parents, and colleagues
  • A friendly, easy-going, and professional approach
  • Drive and ambition to help grow the customer base and contribute to centre performance
  • Confidence in working in a role that combines administration, family communication, childcare support, and sales activity
  • Flexibility to work onsite and rotate between locations when needed

Benefits

  • Mandatory Provident Fund contribution
  • Attractive performance-related bonus scheme
  • Training and development opportunities
  • Career development and progression
  • Student Course benefits for employees with children
  • Great company culture
  • A friendly, fast-paced, relaxed, results-driven, and highly collaborative working environment
