Responsibilities :

• Plan, organize, and execute in-store marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Provide onsite support for different kinds of marketing activities such as tournaments / exhibitions / marketing events / pop up stores
• Coordinate with store managers, sales teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth implementation
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvement
• Ensure brand consistency and visibility across all in-store displays and promotional materials
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and customer engagement events
• Manage marketing budgets and track expenses related to in-store activities
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth
• Customer-focused with a passion for retail marketing

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1 year or above of experience in event marketing, retail marketing, in-store promotions, or brand activation
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer engagement strategies
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
