About Us
We are a well-established fresh flower wholesale and retail company with a diversified product portfolio covering fresh flowers, potted plants, food and beverage products. To support our business expansion, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing key accounts to achieve business objectives and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Develop new business opportunities and explore potential markets to drive revenue growth.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize business opportunities.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations and business development plans.
Conduct client meetings, negotiations and presentations to secure new business.
Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.
Expand existing product categories, including Fresh/Preserved/Fake flowers, plants, fruit and bottled beverage, while identifying new market opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer insights to support business development initiatives.
Requirements
Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years' solid experience in B2B sales, key account management and business development.
Experience in flower, horticulture, FMCG, food or beverage industry will be an advantage.
Proven track record in developing new business and managing corporate accounts.
Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation.
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently.
Well-organized with strong planning and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (Pivot Table and VLOOKUP).
Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred.
