IEI has been deeply rooted in the Industrial PC (IPC) industry for many years, with products widely deployed across smart manufacturing, healthcare, transportation, retail, and AIoT applications. We are looking for talented professionals with expertise in electronics repair to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, testing, and repairing industrial computer systems and motherboard products. Through accurate fault diagnosis and technical expertise, you will help ensure product quality, reliability, and stable operation, serving as a key contributor to supporting our global customers and delivering exceptional service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform motherboard troubleshooting, fault analysis, testing, and repair.
• Operate BGA Rework Stations for chip rework and repair processes.
• Complete repair records and provide feedback on abnormal findings based on
• repair results.
• Assist in analyzing product failures and provide repair recommendations and corrective actions.

Professional Skills:

• Basic knowledge of electronic circuits and the ability to read and interpret
• schematics.
• Familiarity with motherboard troubleshooting and repair procedures.
• Proficient in using repair tools such as soldering irons and hot air rework stations.
• Familiarity with measurement and diagnostic equipment, including oscilloscopes and digital multimeters.
• Experience in BGA chip removal, soldering, and rework is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in repairing Industrial PCs (IPC), servers, or computer motherboards is preferred.
• Ability to independently perform motherboard fault analysis and troubleshooting.
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with BGA rework and repair is highly preferred.
