As a Quality Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions through end-to-end testing. You will collaborate closely with Agile teams to define testing strategies, develop test plans and test cases, gather requirements, and support user story planning. We are looking to expand our development team in Kuala Lumpur. You will be part of a development team that is working on state-of-the-art technologies in the insurance industry to deliver quality solutions to our customers. You will work in a diverse team of cross functional engineers that come from different backgrounds both culturally and technically. • Design and implement test strategy depending on project goals and functionalities • Work together with the necessary stakeholders to validate acceptance criteria and test readiness • Coordination and administration of test activities • Reviewing test cases and documentation • SIT, UAT test effort and schedule • Defect severity and prioritization • Providing regular status reports to project manager, team and key stakeholders during test execution phases • Continuous follow-up on and tracking of defect progress and escalations • Utilization of Gen AI for test case reporting, management and generation
Technical Requirement (Must Have) • 3+ years working experience in Manual Testing and Quality Assurance • Experienced in user interface and usability testing, test planning, test case development, functional and regression testing • Experienced in analysing and gathering requirements for testing purposes • Experienced with Test Management • Experienced in writing manual test cases • Experience in Agile/Scrum environment Good to Have: • Experience in Financial or Insurance domain will be an added advantage • Experience in Data or Law-related domain will be an added advantage • Experience in Identification-related domain will be an added advantage • Detail-oriented • Experience in Gen AI will be an added advantage
BSc or higher degree in Information Systems, Business or related degree.
