What You'll Do ?

Coordinate complex patient appointment schedules efficiently. Utilise multiple digital systems to support daily clinic operations. Work closely with dentists and the clinical team to ensure smooth workflows. Deliver exceptional care and service to every patient. Confidently multitask, solve problems, and keep the clinic running smoothly.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is: Digitally savvy with the ability to quickly master new software systems. Experienced in coordinating complex appointment schedules Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Professional, approachable and well-presented. Strong command of spoken and written English. Willing to work weekends.

Opportunities Available :

We are looking to hire two Patient Care Coordinators:

Patient Care Coordinator (Leadership Track) RM4,000 – RM5,000 per month (depending on experience and suitability). Suitable for candidates with proven leadership ability, strong organisational skills, experience in coordinating multiple complex schedules, and the confidence to lead and mentor a team.

Patient Care Coordinator RM3,000 per month. Suitable for candidates who are highly organised, eager to learn, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and service.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
