Company Background:

We are representing a growing interior design and build company specializing in residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support project costing, budgeting, and contract administration to join the team based in Bandar Puteri, Puchong.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate quotations, pricing, and contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and manage variation orders (VO), progress claims, payment certifications, subcontractor claims, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and commercial performance to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
• Review supplier invoices, maintain project documentation, contracts, and commercial records.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, designers, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Attend site visits and meetings, conduct site measurements when required, and perform other quantity surveying duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software (e.g. Enscape/3ds Max), Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

Annual Leave: 12 days Medical Leave: 14 days
