We are looking for someone who possess these skills and traits:

• Fluency in English is a must.
• Strong Communication Skills - greet customers in cheerful and welcoming manners, start a chat and engage with customers, display of pleasant non-verbal gestures.
• Strong social awareness and interpersonal skills, manage customers' expectations by listening and responding to their preference or requests.
• Reservations and table coordination in the cafe.
• Coordination with service and kitchen team members. Because you won't be working alone, your collaboration skill is gold.
• Creative skills, thinking and acting extra miles to provide outstanding guest experience.
• Plus plus point +++: Having skills of managing unpleasant conversations, diffusing upset or uncomfortable (and sometimes, hangry) customers.

Your Job Responsibilities includes:

• Ensure smooth guest experience for customers: from stepping into the cafe, to getting their food accurately, within the promised time, to making them feel taken care of.
• Ensure cleanliness in the cafe and its surrounding
• Understand each item in the menu, make recommendations and ensure customers are happy
• Ensure all guests feel welcomed, comfortable and well taken care of.
