Customer Service Agent (Mandarin Speaker)

Location: Bangsar Trade Centre, Kuala Lumpur
Conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from Kerinchi LRT Station.

Employment Details

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Work Mode: On-Site
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)

Salary & Benefits

• RM2,400 – RM2,700 per month – Mandarin speaking proficiency
• RM2,800 – RM3,500 per month – Mandarin speaking, reading, and writing proficiency
• KPI Allowance: Up to RM500 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to address customer needs.
• Resolve customer cases within the established service turnaround time.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience and high satisfaction levels.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
