Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare and issue invoices and billing to customers.
• Verify billing data against delivery notes, shipment records, and contracts.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to resolve discrepancies or incomplete documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date billing records and ensure proper filing of consignment and delivery notes.
• Liaise with customers on billing/ e-invoices process and charges.
• Respond promptly to customer emails regarding invoices and billing matters, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
• Ensure all e-invoicing is completed accurately and submitted on time to align with the company’s monthly account closing deadlines.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements :

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in billing, invoicing, preferably within logistics or supply chain.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
