Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare, verify, and process invoices, payments, receipts, journal entries, and other financial transactions.
• Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, customer and supplier statements, and general ledger balances to ensure financial accuracy.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation of financial reports and schedules.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in accordance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, auditors, and internal teams on invoicing, payments, and other finance-related matters.
• Ensure proper organization and filing of accounting documents and financial records.
• Assist with daily finance operations, budgeting activities, and other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant accounting experience is an advantage; fresh graduates with a keen interest in accounting are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bookkeeping, and general accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as SQL Accounting, AutoCount, UBS, or equivalent systems.
• Able to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English to support Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, and capable of working independently while meeting deadlines.
