Job Responsibilities

• Routine Maintenance: Perform servicing and mechanical repairs on Jetour vehicles according to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Core Repairs: Carry out maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake pad replacements, and general mechanical repairs.
• Diagnostics: Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify, troubleshoot, and resolve vehicle issues.
• Team Communication: Provide accurate labor/time estimates and provide regular progress updates to Service Advisors.
• Quality Control: Conduct comprehensive quality inspections on all vehicles before customer handover.
• New Car Prep: Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) for incoming new vehicles.
• Workshop Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and professional working environment.
• Ad-hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum qualification of SKM Level II, Diploma in Automotive Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are highly welcome and encouraged to apply.
• Mindset: Positive, proactive team player with a strong willingness to learn.
• Skills: Familiarity with modern automotive diagnostic tools is an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
