Responsibilities

• Supervise, oversee perform and handle daily operational and co-ordination activities of incoming shipments.
• Manage and work with overseas, house and sales enquiries.
• Ensure smooth running of all job processes to achieve KPIs set by HOD and Management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all key processes (both import and transhipment) are carried out in accordance with established procedures and
• instructions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure timely preparation of documents for billing and costing.
• Involvement with work improvement by registering service failures
• Assist in the implementation for new customers
• Timely submission of reports as and where needed
• Adherence to the KPIs set as by the HOD and Management and Global
• Ensure timely update of customer's records to ensure completeness and accuracy of Database in a timely manner

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in import operations, freight forwarding, or logistics.
• Experienced in handling import shipments, documentation, and coordination with customers/overseas agents.
• Familiar with import procedures, customs requirements, and shipment processes.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet operational deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Shipping & receiving: 2 years (Preferred)
