1. Coordinate daily stock replenishment and inventory transfers between REMCO Subang HQ and Puncak Alam Branch.
2. Verify replenishment requests, product codes, quantities, picking, checking, loading, receiving confirmation and system updates.
3. Reduce wrong items, shortages, missing items, duplicated replenishment and delayed transfers through clear SOPs and double-check controls.
4. Investigate stock discrepancies, identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
5. Supervise Shopee and other online-platform returns, including receiving, opening, checking and comparing returned items against the original order.
6. Record photos, videos, order details and product-condition evidence for wrong-item, substituted-item, damaged-item or missing-accessory cases.
7. Ensure abnormal returns are reported and appealed to Shopee within the required timeline, with complete supporting evidence.
8. Maintain return records, including order number, return reason, product condition, outcome and financial loss.
9. Train and supervise outlet, warehouse and relevant operations staff, and monitor compliance with SOPs, 5S and safety requirements.
10. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on replenishment accuracy, stock discrepancies, online returns, appeal outcomes and improvement actions.

Requirement:
1. Strong hands-on leadership and team-supervision skills.
2. Experience in branch replenishment, stock transfer, warehouse, inventory or retail operations.
3. Able to investigate wrong items, shortages, missing items and stock discrepancies, and recommend practical improvements.
4. Able to establish SOPs, checklists, double-check procedures and internal controls.
5. Experience in Shopee, Lazada or other e-commerce order and return handling is preferred.
6. Able to organise photos, videos and supporting evidence and submit platform disputes within strict deadlines.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with POS, inventory or AutoCount-type systems.
8. Strong inter-branch and cross-department communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
9. Responsible, disciplined, detail-oriented and proactive in following through on improvement actions.
10. Automotive spare-parts experience and own transport are preferred.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
