Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing and support HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll regulations, statutory compliance, and HR administration while ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities

Process end-to-end monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines.

Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, commissions, bonuses, and deductions.

Ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements including:

EPF (KWSP)

SOCSO (PERKESO)

EIS

PCB (Monthly Tax Deduction)

HRD Corp

Prepare and submit statutory reports and payments on time.

Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS/payroll system.

Handle new hires, resignations, salary revisions, promotions, unpaid leave, and final settlements.

Process annual payroll activities including EA Forms and payroll reconciliation.

Respond to employee payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.

Coordinate with Finance for payroll reconciliation and reporting.

Support HR administration, employee documentation, and personnel records.

Ensure payroll processes comply with the Employment Act 1955 and company policies.

Assist in payroll audits and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in payroll processing within Malaysia.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD Corp).
  • Experience using HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., SQL Payroll, AutoCount Payroll, HR2000, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, or similar).
  • Good understanding of payroll calculations, taxation, and statutory reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict payroll deadlines

Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling payroll for 200+ employees.
  • Exposure to payroll audits and HR reporting.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration.
  • Experience supporting HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
