We are looking for a Domain Support Specialist to secure site utility & rental management as part of customer service fulfilment and operation and field support for our end customer, a major telecommunications provider.

The scope of management includes utilities, routine billing processing and support service operations.

Responsibilities:

• Establish centralized support service operation for billing and utility management as part of customer service fulfilment.
• Handle real estate agreements, negotiation, utility payment, rental, site permitting, and licensing of telecommunication network site/facilities.
• Focus on improvement of support service operation.
• Secure Escalation support for Service surveillance and Field service.
• Ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
• Preparing customer payment efficiently and enter correctly into the system with ability to organize, multitask and good attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering preferably in Electronics, Computer science, Telecommunication or equivalent.
• Have 2-5 years’ experience managing telecom site utility/rental management.
• General Mobile Telecommunications knowledge with experience in site acquisition, property management, site utility management, licensing, and permit.
• KPI and financial analysis
• Analytical and automation capabilities
• Basic understanding and working knowledge payment methodologies, real estate agreements.
• Good computer skills with proficient in use of Microsoft Excel/Power Point/Power BI and SAP experience.
• Customer service skills.
• Problem solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
