Astinas Construction & Development Hiring! Full Time Site Engineer in Johor - Ricebowl

Job Descriptions

• Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and relevant stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly
• Verify materials, workmanship, and quality of work
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control
• Liaise with authorities for inspections and approvals when required
• Maintain proper documentation including site records, drawings, and reports
• Support the Project Manager in overall project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of site experience (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles)
• Knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and technical specifications
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage
