Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential customers.
• Visit customers to understand their technical requirements and business needs.
• Promote and support engineering products including automation components, mechatronics products, and industrial solutions.
• Provide product information and technical support to customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and explore new opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in engineering sales, technical sales, automation, manufacturing, industrial equipment, or related industries is preferred.
• Candidates from engineering support, application engineering, or customer-facing technical roles are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel for customer visits.
• Proactive, self-driven, and interested in business development.
• Able to build positive relationships with customers.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
