• Prepare and issue invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
• Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process staff claims and supplier payments.
• Follow up on outstanding payments from customers.
• Assist in stock and asset records, where applicable.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities when required.
• Ensure all accounting documents are accurate and submitted on time.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
