Job description:

Qualification

• Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Quantity Surveying, Renewable Energy, or other related fields.
• Fresh graduates with strong attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn may also be considered for junior-level placement.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in commercial, business development, sales support, tender/proposal management, or contract administration.
• Experience in electrical, solar, renewable energy, construction, engineering, EPCC, or O&M industry is an added advantage.

Job Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of business development and commercial processes.
• Basic knowledge in quotation preparation, tender documentation, costing, and contract coordination.
• Ability to assist in proposal submission, client communication, and project commercial follow-up.
• Familiarity with RFQ, RFP, and tender processes.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with technical, operations, procurement, finance, and management teams.

Preferred Responsibilities for This Role

• Assist in sourcing new business opportunities and clients.
• Support management in commercial planning and business development activities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tender documents, and costing sheets.
• Liaise with clients for enquiries, clarifications, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to gather required inputs for submissions.
• Maintain proper records for tenders, proposals, and client communications.
• Assist in contract administration and commercial documentation.
• Monitor project opportunities from existing and potential clients.
• Support the strategic growth of Voltake’s electrical and renewable energy services.
