JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ability to harness a technical knowledge and perform procurement works within a high activity work environment. Must be a self-starter and able to work in a dynamic group. Maintain a proactive, customer focused and sound work ethic in performing the job function.
• Accountable and responsible to perform all aspect of the job function as expected by the management to the highest standard and consistent with the company strategy, commitment and goals
• Preparing, monitoring and tracking of the Quotations, PRs, POs, DOs, GRNs, Invoices and other projects deliverables as committed with the Clients/Users.
• Communicate effectively with all levels, clients, vendors and sub-contractors. Engage with them to evaluate feedback on contracts/services performance and taking prompt corrective action
• Ensure suppliers and service providers are of good market record in term of business experiences, technical know-how and financial positions
• Ensure item purchased and service rendered comply with end user requirements.
• To undertake commercial negotiation with supplier/service providers and involve in technical clarification between user and supplier/service provider
• Maintain, update and review computerized or manual records of item purchased, service rendered in term of cost, deliveries, inventories and product/service performance.
• Performing the job function in accordance safety, quality, cost and schedule and in compliance to the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements and other statutory authority
• Observe and adhere to company rules and regulation, policy and mission/vision statement. Also monitor and follow the applicable laws and regulations.
• To ensure that all works are being executed safely as per company and client procedure/ requirement.
• To coordinate and interface with Third Parties Inspection/Audits on all quality matters.

EXPERIENCE:

• Procurement: 2 years (Required)

ABILITY TO COMMUTE/RELOCATE:

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
