Job Purpose:

A hands-on role focused on bridging the gap between our retail stores and central warehouse. You will be primary responsible for physically collecting e-commerce orders from stores, ensuring inventory accuracy, and transferring parcels to the warehouse for timely customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Order Collection & Transport: Travel to various retail stores to collect packed e-commerce parcels and securely transport them to the central warehouse for final delivery.

Order Tracking & Monitoring: Use the POS system daily to monitor unpicked, missed, or delayed orders to ensure no customer purchase is left behind.

Inventory & Stock Coordination: Manage daily stock movements, handling stock allocation, transfers, and discrepancies between retail stores and the e-commerce team.

Operations Support: Ensure accurate, fast-paced fulfillment processes and maintain clear communication between store staff and warehouse teams.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Minimum SPM qualification or higher.

Mobility: Must possess own transportation (motorcycle) and a valid driving license, as daily travel between stores and the warehouse is required.

Language & Communication: Good command of English with solid communication and teamwork skills.

Work Attitude: Self-motivated, highly responsible, and capable of working independently on the move.

Flexibility: Ability to work under pressure and support extended hours during peak e-commerce campaigns and festive seasons.

Age Indicator: Ideally suited for energetic individuals aged 22–30.

Experience: Prior experience in e-commerce fulfillment, retail operations, or stock/logistics handling is a strong advantage.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
