Are you seeking a stable career in logistics and customer service? We are currently expanding our team and looking for detail-oriented and responsible individual to join us as Customer Service Assistants.

Fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience are highly encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided!

• Location: Omega Bukit Raja
• Salary: RM 2,000 - RM 2,500 (Commensurate with experience)
• Availability: Immediate joining preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in tracking daily logistics orders and maintaining accurate system updates.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to shipments, deliveries, and parcels.
• Liaise closely with the warehouse and transportation departments to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in Mandarin (both spoken and written/typing) to handle specific operational communications.
• Attributes: Meticulous, highly responsible, with strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Experience: Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are welcome. Prior experience in customer service or the logistics industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
