Job Description

Responsibilities

Company Description Ajentik is a technology-focused organization specializing in interactive, human-centered digital experiences.

The company builds and maintains advanced avatar systems that support real-time communication, customer engagement, and immersive interaction across multiple platforms. Ajentik values innovation, reliability, and practical problem-solving, with a strong focus on delivering consistent performance in live environments.

Team members collaborate closely across technical and creative disciplines to bring cutting-edge avatar technologies to market. The organization offers opportunities for growth for individuals who are curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with emerging tools and workflows.

Role Description The Interactive Avatar Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. The person in this role will configure, test, and operate avatar systems for live and recorded sessions, ensuring smooth performance, accurate synchronization, and high-quality visual and audio output.

Daily tasks include preparing hardware and software environments, monitoring system health during sessions, troubleshooting technical issues, and documenting settings and procedures for repeatable use.

The technician will collaborate with product, design, and content teams to integrate avatars into applications, demos, and customer-facing experiences, and will provide support during client engagements or internal pilots.

This role also involves maintaining asset libraries, updating tools and plug-ins, and continuously improving workflows to increase reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Technical operation and support skills, including experience with real-time systems, basic networking concepts, and hardware/software setup for interactive environments.
  • Familiarity with digital media tools, 3D or animation pipelines, or virtual production workflows used to manage avatar assets and live sessions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in testing, monitoring, and documenting configurations and procedures.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and support non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on-site in Singapore, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant education or training in information technology, media technology, computer science, or a related field; equivalent hands-on experience is also valued.
  • Experience with customer-facing or live production environments, and an interest in interactive technologies, avatars, and immersive experiences.
