We're currently representing one of the biggest workplace design and build organization in seeking a visionary Workplace Design and Build Creative Interior Designer to join our design and build efforts in Singapore.


As a Workplace Interior Designer with a passion for innovative workplace design, you'll drive the development of cutting-edge office spaces that inspire creativity, productivity, and collaboration. You'll work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact workplace solutions that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement workplace design strategies and concepts that align with client goals and brand identities
  • Lead cross-functional design teams to deliver high-quality, innovative workplace solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business objectives, workplace challenges, and design preferences
  • Design and develop bespoke workplace solutions that incorporate sustainable, technology-enabled, and user-centric design principles
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, ensuring they have the skills, resources, and support needed to deliver exceptional results
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive business growth and thought leadership
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve workplace design solutions


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in workplace design, architecture, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact workplace projects that meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and developing design teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of sustainable design principles, technology-enabled workplaces, and user-centric design methodologies
  • Professional certifications in design, architecture, or a related field (e.g., LEED AP, WELL AP)
  • Experience with design-build delivery methods and construction management
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools (e.g., Autodesk, Revit, SketchUp)
